Terms of Service

TruluPay is a subscription payroll and HR platform operated by NovaCare Practice Management PLLC. By creating an account you accept these Terms. Keep your credentials secure and your information accurate. You must be 18 or older. You own your data and grant us a licence to process it to provide the service. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or resell it. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. TruluPay does not provide tax, legal or HR advice; you remain responsible for compliance and for reviewing payroll before approving it. The service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. Either party may terminate for material breach. Governed by the accounts location based state law.
