Privacy Policy

TruluPay is a payroll and HR platform operated by NovaCare Practice Management PLLC. We collect account details, payroll information employers provide about their workers, and usage data, used to run the service, meet legal obligations and prevent fraud. We never sell personal information, and share it only with contracted service providers or where the law requires. Data is stored in the US, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Google Sign-In. We receive your name, email, profile picture and Google account ID, used only to authenticate your account. We request only the openid, email and profile scopes. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or train AI or machine learning models with it. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
